Rain, rain, rain

We are forecasted rain again. My roses are blooming and doing their best to survive without their minimum of six hours of sunshine. Is there anyone out there who has perfect roses in a high humidity garden? HELP! i sit on my steps and watch the bees gather the pollen from the moss each morning. The sacks of pollen on their hind legs are orange instead of yellow. The hummingbirds zoom through the yard. Brightly colored birds hunt fat worms in my garden on the right of the doorsteps. And wasps are scavenging the undersides of plant leaves for amphids I bet.

It is muggy and my petunias have gotten leggy. I heard on the news that my rich homey from Kosciusko (Oprah Winfrey) is sponsoring Obama. Well, things are getting interesting. Pray for peace for 2008 because things are going to get out of hand. We are witnessing history people. CAN WE HANDLE HISTORY!
